Refund policy

1. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • Wrong product

You must report within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear product photos

  • Parcel packaging photos

  • Unboxing video (strongly recommended)

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement
    OR

  • Refund (if replacement unavailable)


2. Change of Mind

We do NOT offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Dislike of product

  • Ordering by mistake

  • Minor color differences


3. Conditions for Replacement

Product must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With all accessories

Used or damaged-by-customer items are not eligible.


4. Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refund processed within 7–10 working days

  • Paid via bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
